These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://lancasterbjj.com (the “Site”) and your participation in classes, programs, and services offered by Lancaster Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (“Lancaster BJJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. All content on the Site, including text, schedules, and descriptions, is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
Memberships, Classes & Payments
Memberships, class packages, and event registrations may be purchased through our third-party scheduling and payment provider. By enrolling, you agree to the applicable membership terms, pricing, and billing schedule presented at the time of purchase. Recurring memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with the terms in effect at signup. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are provided at the time of purchase and may vary by membership or program. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable. To cancel a recurring membership, please contact us using the details below, or follow the process outlined in your account with our scheduling provider.
Assumption of Risk
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, mixed martial arts, and related physical training involve inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By participating in any class, program, or activity offered by Lancaster BJJ, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. You confirm that you are physically able to participate and, where appropriate, have consulted a physician before beginning training. Participation may require signing a separate waiver and release of liability, which supplements these Terms.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to a safe, respectful, and welcoming training environment for members of all ages and skill levels. Students, parents, and guests are expected to follow gym rules, treat instructors and training partners with respect, maintain proper hygiene, and train safely. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation, without refund, for conduct that endangers others or disrupts the community.
Minors
Participation by anyone under the age of 18 requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the minor's conduct and compliance while at the facility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Lancaster BJJ name, logo, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to Lancaster BJJ and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
Photography & Media
We may photograph or record classes, events, and activities for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials unless you notify us in writing that you wish to opt out.
